Our fun friends, the Brays, who took us paddle boarding, invited us and the rat of the Marriage and Family Relations class members over to their home for a Wedding Flashback date night. It was hilarious! 10 or so couples brought their wedding photo albums and memorabilia, we brought food that was served at our wedding, and played a fun game answering a questionnaire we'd been given ahead of time (What was the worst wedding gift you received, Where did you go for your honeymoon, Who's been married the longest, etc). Husbands had to answer questions about wives and vice versa (Who initiated the first kiss? My husband may be the world's best _____ but he's the world's worst ________, If your husband had to pick something to eat at the movies, what would he choose? If my wife had to get rid of one thing of mine, it would be _____) , and the points were tallied. And the winners were...yours truly! We're just the best married people ever! ;) We won a huge pack of gum (YES! for me, not so good for Peter with braces...). The losers had to act out cutting the cake again. (See below!) Dani Jo had made an amazing spread of wedding-esque decorations, made veils for each girl to wear in her hair and bow ties for the men. She made a CD for everyone with each couple's wedding song, ranging from the hits of the early 90's to last year- it was a blast!

Holy cow - your friends are so cool! Nobody in my neighborhood would DREAM about putting something like this together. So fun. Can I get a copy of the questionnaire you used? Bring it to Maui so we can all play!
