2 am:
Austin: (SCREAM!!!!!)
Me (running into his bedroom): What's the matter?!
Austin (sobbing): Don't send me away to another house!
Me: You had a bad dream. You're just fine. We would never send you away. You're part of the family...etc.
Austin: If you did, I would be so lonely at Christmas.
(I love my Mr. A, the tender-heart.)
3 am:
Gabe comes running into our room, doing a funny little skippity dance: I gotta go pee! Come watch me! It's coming!!!! (Peter took him back to bed, only to find wet sheets ;)
4 am:
Nona wakes up with a fever and (I found out today) an ear infection. Our very smiley girl is not so smiley.
I love these kids, as sleepless as life is with them.
